Strength question about Bell Jars?
I want to make an aquarium out of a Pyrex Bell Jar (#452263) by placing the rounded end in a cradle frame. The measurements are 18"OD x 30 3/16 HT with a wall thickness of 3/16. The volume will be around 30 gallons with a weight of around 250 pounds. Will the bell jar explode from the water weight? FYI - I have 3 of the jars
