In an experiment a student was asked to measure the density of metallic chromium. He was given a small flask with a ground-glass stopper which he determined to weigh 58.484g when empty and dry. He then did the following steps
A. He filled the flask with water and weighed the full, stoppered flask, recording a mass of 63.482 g at 25 degrees C. The density of water at 25 degrees C is 0.99704 g/cm^3
B. He dried the flask and added some pieces of chromium to it. The stoppered flask plus the chromium weighed 69.290g. He filled the flask with water leaving the chromium pieces in the flask and found a weight of 72.765g for the flask plus chromium and water.
From the data given, calculate the following to the correct number of sig figs
i. the volume of the flask
ii. the weight of the chromium
iii. the volume of the chromium
iv. the density of chromium
If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Here are some tips for how to proceed:
The mass of water added in Part A can be found by subtracting the weight of the empty flask from the weight of the water-filled flask.
Use this mass and the given density of water to determine the volume of water added, which represents the volume of your flask. (density = mass/volume, so volume = mass/density.)
Next calculated the mass of water added in Part B (mass of water&Cr&flask - mass of Cr&flask). Use this new mass and the density of water again to find the volume of water added. Note that this should be lower than the volume added to the flask in Part A. The difference in these volumes gives you the volume of your Cr sample! (This is a variation on measuring volume by displacement.)
I'll leave it up to you to find the mass of the Cr sample (just like finding the mass of water in Part A), and from there the density. Again, density = mass/volume.
