Ellen: Okay, great. Carrot-spinach, hemp seed, there you go.

Shiny: Okay. Everlasting, onward, actions. Okay, the most rewarding thing that i witness is actually when someone improves their diet and then they start to heal massively. And so they take action for enough time. The most painful thing for me personally to witness will be when somebody does this and they return to what they used to eat. And the reason why its therefore painful is really because whenever you improve your diet for lots of time, an individual evolve. Those foods that you used to eat actually become more damaging to your system right now. So people get confused when they return to their older diet since it doesnt work the same way ever again. And so they have more illnesses. They might go on a raw food diet, lose all of this weight, proceed backwards, and never even while bad because they used to eat, and because their body is so successful now, that they gain even more weight right back plus they werent perhaps eating as bad as they was previously. Or one person, these people heal from the degenerative disease by going raw and then they commence eating animal protein again. And then they start to, they manage to get thier degenerative disease right back. And theyre not eating as bad as they used to eat. So this is the reason I love to tell people never to go 100 percent raw if youre maybe not willing to make this commitment.
However the key is just to remove particular foods in what you eat completely and make permanent steps. Whenever you eliminate food items from your diet completely without any exceptions whatsoever, you feel younger. You might go on it slow, you could eliminate processed starches and refined sugars and that food, and you become younger probably five to six yrs. And then at some point, the body is going to be like, Okay, its time for you to take it to the next level. Or you may only want to do processed starches and thats the idea. You will become young for 36 months and you'd become thus clean to where you can actually go on it to another level. And so, the key is merely dont get ahead of yourself and dont go backwards. Make permanent, ahead, steps. Thats the key
I have a craft project that needs clear, teeny tiny glass bottles or vials that are less than 5/8" tall?
Ideally, I need round bottles or vials that are 1/2" (or less) tall and less than 1/2" wide.
I thought about the little glass vials that are used for rice jewelry, the ones where your name is written on a single grain of rice. But I haven't seen those in a long time and don't know where to find them.
I have a specific craft use for these, so the bottles must be clear and the opening of the bottle must be at least 4mm.
I don't care whether the bottles have stoppers or not.
I would like a bottle that has a bottom, but I might be able to use short pieces of glass tubing. I don't have the means to cut glass tubing myself, so a way to get the tubing in 1/2" or less lengths would be ideal.
NOTE: I *have* looked at Michael's and A. C. Moore. The glass bottles they carry are too big. I have also looked on Etsy and did a Google search and the smallest I found were 7/8" tall.
I know I'm asking for a REALLY tiny size.
Look at sites that carry items for doll houses. They have a million tiny little things, to scale, to fit. I bet you will find some. I have even seen replica food items so tiny they could be for a mouse family. lol.
Try searching miniatures, dollhouse, etc. just keep looking, you will find em.
